TERM 4 ENROLMENTS

Ensure that you have written each child's details correctly below their enrolment.

Monday classes in Term 4 will commence Monday 13 October 2025 and will finish Monday 8 December 2025 (9 weeks due to Monday 6 October King's Birthday Public Holiday).
Friday classes in Term 4 will commence Friday 10 October 2025 and will finish Friday 12 December 2025 (10 weeks).
Saturday classes in Term 4 will commence Saturday 11 October 2025 and will finish Saturday 13 December 2025 (10 weeks).
Sunday classes in Term 4 will commence Sunday 12 October 2025 and will finish Sunday 14 December 2025 (10 weeks).
These courses are held at Queensland Ballet Company studios at the Thomas Dixon Centre, 406 Montague Rd, West End.

Please note that only one parent or carer may enter the studio to participate in class with your child. Any additional family members are kindly asked to wait outside the studio in our foyer. In the instance of illness or injury a maximum of up to two make up classes per term will be available upon request pending availability. Make up classes are not available during the final week of term.

PLAYON! VOUCHER REDEMPTION

Queensland Ballet can now accept valid Queensland Government PlayOn! vouchers in our Level 3 Petit Pointers classes for children 5 years of age. When enrolling, please select the price option 'Petit Pointers 10 week course PlayOn! voucher redemption' as your price option.  Please note, that your child's enrolment will not be secured and confirmed until you have emailed your PlayOn! Voucher to mail@queenslandballet.com.au, alongside your child's full name and parent/carer full name. If we do not receive your PlayOn! voucher within 24hrs of enrolment, your enrolment reservation will be released back into general sale. Please ensure you have a valid voucher ready at the time of your child's enrolment.

If your preferred class time is now full, you can complete the Petit Pointers waitlist survey here to indicate your interest if a spot opens up due to enrolment cancellations.  
Please note that cancellations are rare, so if there is another class time that you can attend that is your second preference, we would recommend enrolling in your second choice to secure a spot for your child.

Queensland Ballet Petit Pointers Participation Terms and Conditions 1. Information on how to participate in Queensland Ballet’s Online and Studio Dance Classes including all schedules, information, payment and refund policies and frequently asked questions form part of these terms and conditions. 2. Participation in Petit Pointers classes will be considered acceptance of these terms and conditions and class policies, and any ongoing updates to these terms and conditions and class policies. 3. Queensland Ballet (ABN 26009717079) is the owner of the online and studio dance classes. 4. To participate, participants agree to register their attendance and provide Queensland Ballet with true and correct information including full name, phone number, email address, date of birth and next of kin contact details in case of emergency. 5. Classes may have age restrictions and age guidelines. This may include the requirement that a parent/carer 18 years of age or older must accompany a minor to register, pay, participate in and complete Queensland Ballet classes and associated requirements for participation. 6. The definition of participant is the singular person registering, paying and participating in a class and associated activities, in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. This definition extends to the parent/carer of a minor, whereby they are both considered the participant, as one and the same, for the duration of the participation in the Queensland Ballet class. 7. By registering to participate in Queensland Ballet classes you opt in to receive communication from Queensland Ballet and third party providers engaged by Queensland Ballet such as registration, delivery and feedback platform service providers to enable full participation in the Queensland Ballet dance classes. 8. Queensland Ballet will provide information to dance class participants about any third party service provider requirements and participants may need to register with these providers, as well as accepting terms of service, not managed or controlled by Queensland Ballet. 9. Where participation in classes is regulated by minimum or maximum participant numbers, participation is on a first-come, first-serve basis where participation numbers may need to be controlled. Where participation numbers do not meet Queensland Ballet class guidelines, participation is not guaranteed. 10. Classes may be physically strenuous, and participation is voluntary, based on a participant’s own assessment of their fitness, health, ability to participate and understanding of the class requirements, activities and expected outcomes. Participation is based on an understanding and knowledge there is a risk of personal injury or death. 11. By entering the premises, including online class locations, participants agree that Queensland Ballet is in no way responsible for personal injury or death. Participants are responsible for ensuring one’s own physical and mental health for, during and after classes including injury rehabilitation and general post-class care. 12. Participants who are late to class may be refused entry. 13. From time to time Queensland Ballet may provide guidelines to assist participants with their personal dance practices and participation in Queensland Ballet classes. This may include checklists, standards, research or other similar material and is provided as supplementary content to support registration, payment, participation and associated activities related to Queensland Ballet classes. Acceptance of these materials is at personal risk, based on the participant’s personal analysis of the information, the environment, their capabilities, personal medical advice, the teaching content and style and any other associated information. 14. By entering the premises, including online class locations, participants agree that Queensland Ballet is in no way responsible for property damage or loss including items which may be stolen. Participants are responsible for their belongings and property. 15. Participants agree they will not sue or make any other claims of any kind whatsoever against Queensland Ballet or its members for any personal injury, property damage/loss, or wrongful death, whether caused by negligence or otherwise. 16. Fees may form part of the registration process and are due prior to participation in a class. Once paid, fees are final, non-refundable, non-transferable and non-extendable beyond their expiry date. 17. Participants grant Queensland Ballet the right to use personal information and images including still and video footage for marketing and communication purposes deemed reasonable by Queensland Ballet. Project image release forms may be issued to participants if Queensland Ballet wishes to expand the use of personal information and images beyond reasonable marketing and communication purposes. 18. Queensland Ballet will not be responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any network or lines, servers, providers, computer equipment, software, traffic congestion on the Internet, etc. including, but not limited to, any injury or damage to participants or any other person's computer related to or resulting from registering for, participating in or downloading any materials to enable full participation. 19. Participants are not permitted to record, download or share class content with non-participants and this includes the sharing, recording or downloading of Queensland Ballet class content between devices, platforms or networks, which is strictly prohibited, unless express written permission to do so is provided by Queensland Ballet. 20. Participation in all Queensland Ballet classes is dependent on each participant demonstrating respectful, courteous, honest and appropriate behaviour. Inappropriate behaviour is classified as anything verbal and non verbal that may be actual or perceived intimidation, harassment, discrimination or abuse. 21. Participants in breach of these Terms and Conditions may be removed from Queensland Ballet classes, in whatever format they are delivered and ongoing participation may be refused. This will be at Queensland Ballet’s discretion. 22. The full schedule of classes may be cancelled, suspended, modified or withdrawn at any time without notice. The participant agrees to indemnify Queensland Ballet against any loss or damages caused by a cancellation, suspension, modification or withdrawal of classes or where a sponsor, partner or supporting individual or organisation fails to fulfil their duties. 23. Queensland Ballet reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of a participant’s registration and to reject or disqualify a participant from participating in any classes. 24. In Queensland Ballet Petit Pointers classes, only one parent or carer is permitted in the studio to participate in class with the registered participant (minor). All additional family members must wait outside the studio in the foyer. 25. In Queensland Ballet Petit Pointers classes, in the instance or illness or injury a maximum of up to two make up classes are available on request and pending availability. Make up classes are not available during the final week of term.
